And, before you install any of the MSI utility programs (like the MSI Dragon Gaming Center), you must first install the MSI SCM (System Control Manager) because some of the other utilities (like the MSI Dragon Gaming Center) are dependent on it and must connect to it. It is important that the MSI drivers only be installed in the order prescribed by MSI. Immediately after the clean Win 10 installation, all of the MSI drivers and utility programs should be installed. The best way to sort out these kinds of problems is to begin with a clean install of Win 10 (you'll need to create external Win 10 installation media on a flash drive or DVD).
There have been lots and lots of problems with Win 10 and MSI drivers and software. If I'm not mistaken, the GE62 2QF shipped with Win 8.1-not Win 10.
